[10/4/97] - This transcript of a presentation by Captain Joyce Riley in Houston, Texas of 1/15/96 is a very detailed description, from her own research and many contacts with Gulf War veterans. It will probably shock you, and it should-- but it's nothing new in terms of what our military-industrial complex has been doing every day for the entire century, and is also typical of what the government sees fit to do with our men and women in our armed forces and keep secret, even when the evidence (and the suffering) is overwhelming.
